Orders typically process in 2 to 4 business days but may take longer depending upon current supply of rope and orders in the cue. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To request a refund, please email us at email@example.com with the reason for your return. Upon review of your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you refund is approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
Gift card are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com detailing the defect/damage and we arrange an exchange for you.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you upon review and approval of your return.
